Horn Identification

Does anyone here recognize this horn, and what vehicles it may have been used on? I put it on this forum because it was included in a bunch of miscellaneous parts I got with my 48 Ford f1. Most of the parts are for that vintage so I am guessing it is also.

The one I have works also. A guy on the Ford Barn site said he thought it was an original 1948 -1950 Ford truck horn.

That kind of looks like the illustration in the 48-56 Ford Truck Manual for a 48-50 truck.

Yes, I did.

You're welcome. We're here to share and support. Glad you got an answer (and confirmations). While the Barn is an outstanding forum for early V8 knowledge, the depth of experience with Bonus Built (and newer) trucks isn't a strength. For better - really mostly better - FTE is the smart kids table.
