2010PM-OR is the Element Part number that Fits the First Chinese Racor Filter assy that I posted from Fleabay .. the filter comes with an element in it already and also a pait of 3/8" Banjo style fittings to connect it to rubber fuel line.

The 2md filter assy I posted from Fleabay uses a different element

My Prefrence would be to use the First one I posted the Racor Clone .... since you are selling the truck anyway I don't figure you really want to spend $200 to $350 on a Real Racor when the clone will do the job just fine for the problem you have right now.
