Tip one: Learn to care for and love your automatic.
Otherwise, you need to find a donor F150 so you can get a transmission, brake/clutch pedal assembly and all the connected stuff like master cylinders etc, possibly steering column unless you want the auto shifter to hang there like a dead dog, ECU that will work with the manual trans vs. the one you have that will be lonely and upset without the automatic, flywheel, buy a new clutch and all related parts, possibly cross member, possibly drive shaft. Also there may be a panel in the floor that must be cut into your floor and brought over from the donor.
If you are an experienced wrench spinner, have the budget, time and patience, you can make it look and work like factory.
