Electric brake controller

I have a 2003 E450 V10 ford Class c motorhome . I am trying to hook up the electric brakes.I can not find where to plug the controller in . please send pics,

electric brake controller

I have watched this video over and over it says there are 2 plugs I can only find one it dont have the right color wires.

So that we are talking the same tune, the controller is the devise you install in the truck that will control the electric brakes of a trailer you will be pulling. It is explained how to connect to your specific E450 vehicle starting at minute 5:09 in video. You will need to buy the specific harness for your E450 to plug to your specific controller. (Etrailer.com is a great place to get this and any other help as well, they have great phone support as well) This is all under the assumption that you have the typical factory installed 7 pin connector on the back of your RV, to plug the trailer into. Should look similar to this. 7 pin connector. If you do not have the prewired 7 pin connector on the back of your E450, who knows, you might have to wire the controller from scratch, but it should be covered with your instructions or available online. It had a 4 pin on back of RV . I gave up on the easy way. I am pulling wires
to the back. Thanks for your help.

You possibly can only run the brake wires and tap into everything else with the 4 pin. Good luck

I ran a the brake controller wire and a charging wire and used the 4 pin for the rest . Everything is working great test drove today. Thanks again.
