Leaks leaks everywhere...
My ride is leaking like the goddamn Titanic!!, keeping her parked in the garage until we get passed this rain....So notice water coming in on sunroof, and appears to be where the third brake light is...
Not sure if I have to replace the entire sunroof or is this just a rubber lining issue or what, I think the third brake deal i can either look for a gasket or maybe there is an upgrade kit...
Any help on this would be awesome...

It's not the third brake light. It's the rear window seal. Search for rear window leaks. It's very common and seems to hit all of these trucks eventually. It takes about two hours to remove the window, replace the butyl rope seal and then reinstall the window. Search for threads with better instructions or look on youtube.
