Camber Adjustment

Hey People,I have an Australian 83 F100 and I want to adjust the Camber. I took it to an Aignment "SPECIALIST" pftt... and was told that the camber was not adjustable. My truck does not have Kingpins. He said he adjusted Toe in and Castor was good. Ive got it home now and I have way to much Positive camber on the passenger side. For me to do a crude backyard adjustment can I just put in the above adjuster and put a spirit level in the vertical against my wheel and go from there ???

If you know how much you need to adjust the camber you get a bushing for that amount. Your specialist has no clue. Find another...

Problem is, that bushing adjusts the caster too. So when you are fiddling with the camber trying to get it correct, you are messing with the caster at the same time.

Over here our alignment shops have computerized alignment equipment. When they plug in your year and model truck, and get it all setup, it tells them what's in or out, and also tells them what degree bushing it needs to get it all in all at once. That's another guess you will have to make, which degree bushing to buy.

Not true it only adjusts caster if you off set the bushing from the knuckle incline angle...
