To me those look decent but its been 15 yrs since I was a tire tech.... not sure how you would adjust caster on these.... Camber and toe being the most important...
Caster and camber are changed with different sleeves that the top ball joint attaches through. In this photo it looks like a large flat washer under the nut.
Having those numbers you could get different sleeves to bring the castor back in spec.
I like these as they can adjust for caster and/or camber.
