55 F100 ignition switch
I am replacing the ignition switch in my 55 F100. The one I removed had the start feature, and no push button. My new switch doesn't have the start feature. I installed the new switch, and connected my push button for the starter. The back of the switch seems to wiggle alot when installed. There was a spacer installed with the old switch. Does this spacer belong with the new switch also? I had to apply much pressure to get the bezel installed with the new switch, so, I don't know why it would be loose after installation. Any ideas? I don't think I could get that spacer installed...
