Based on your firewall picture, you have vacuum boosted hydraulic brakes.
The master is on the firewall, to the left of the hydraulic clutch master. The power assist is via a hydro-vac booster on the frame under the cab just under the driver.
Look for leaks at each wheel, then try to bleed the system if there are no leaks.
All the parts EXCEPT DRUMS are available from NAPA (medium heavy parts) and other sources. There are no new drums available.

Do you know much about this clutch setup? The pedal is really easy to push to the floor. Is that normal? Is clutch parts available? Im trying to decide to buy the truck or not. The owner wants 1500. The carb is acting up and the brakes not working. and im worried about that clutch.
Thank YOU again

I'm not familiar with how hydraulic clutches operate.
On trucks this old, regardless of what the parts are for, all are obsolete. Some may be available NOS and/or from auto parts stores.
You have to love these old rolling piles of misery...because some of the parts, especially brake drums, are non existent.
