Sorry, your earlier picture clearly shows the wheels. Good news: NOT widowmakers. Those are Dayton wheels, also called "Western" wheels, and some other terms as well. The outer rim dismounts from the spokes. Some folks don't care for them.
BUT the major advantage to them is the availability of 22.5 tubeless rims which will mount right up to those spokes. Much cheaper than having to replace Budd type wheels. IF you have to replace them at all. I can't see exactly what you have there, but they are still considered serviceable.
