I haven't seen anything for the older trucks. You may have to change a little more than the steering box to get PS on your F-1...a Chrysler torsion bar suspension, perhaps? Besides, if you improve the steering, then improving the ride and handling can't be far behind, so why not bite the bullet and get it over with?
There is a power-ram assist option you can do to put power steering on your F1. It is pricey, about $900 not including the pump. It replaces your drag link, pitman arm, and tie rod, and has a ram-cylinder that bolts to the axle and new heavy duty tie rod. It is expensive, but allows you to keep your whole suspension and steering box stock and you don't have to fabricate any brackets on your frame like the toyota swap needs. I had several catalogs that advertized it but found only a couple still stock/sell it, being sacramento vintage and classic performance.
P.S. As if the unit's price isn't enough, you have to be sure your stock steering box is in good shape, as any play in it will be "amplified" for lack of a better term. Buying a rebuilt box can be upwards of $500, I was lucky enough to just need a new worm gear and bearing/gasket kit so I rebuilt mine for around $130, including having the bushings replaced and worm gears changed on the shaft at a machine shop.
