1979 E350 VIN/Door Tag Help

The Certification Label does not have the axle info. Below is a pic of the Certification Label. (snip)
I was hoping maybe the VIN
could shed some light on the axle. Any help would be appreciated.VIN does not contain any TRANS or AXLE info for any year.

1970/79: Safety Standard Certification Label glued to the left door post, has the Production Date, misc. GVWR's, VIN and some have tire info...and that's it!
E34 = E350 Cargo Van // H = 351W 2V // H = Lorain OH Assembly Plant // EH4145 = 1979.
Thru 1979: Warranty Plate riveted to the left door face below the latch.
Has the VIN, wheelbase in inches, codes for the COLOR - TYPE/GVW (MODEL) - BODY - TRANS - AXLE - DSO and the MAX GVWR LBS stamped on it.
1980: Certification Label replaced the Warranty Plate, it's glued to the left door face below the latch and has the VIN and ALL the codes printed on it.
REAR AXLE ID TAG: Ford: D9TA-CHA // Dana: 603934-1 = Dana 70 Rear Axle / 3.73-1 // No Limited Slip // 7,400 lbs. Rear Axle Capacity.
H = 351W 2V
H = Lorain OH Assembly Plant.
EH4145 = 1979.
