G,day I am new to this sort of stuff and would appreciate any help any one can give me. I previously had a Bully Dog performance chip in my 2003 7.3 superduty f250. Performance was ok but never really knew what the tunes were. I towing a 30 ft fifth wheeler and so went to an Edge Revolver with 1023 diesel tunes with custom tunes so we knew what we had. Purchased and fitted as per instructions and have now got Diagnostic Trouble Codes appearing with the engine warning light displayed
DTC's are P1000 (on board diagnostic system readiness, test not complete)
P 0683 ( is a glow plug module communication)
P 0670 ( is also to do with glow plugs)
P 1636 (inductive signature chip communication error)
All the tunes work, performance is fine, no problems with engine running or gear changing etc. If I clear the codes after start-up the engine warning light will disappear and not return until re-starting
Has anyone ever experienced this previously ? I have been in touch with the supplier in the U S. however they're not being too helpful at this stage Hoping someone can she'd some light on this cheers and thanks
