I pulled each fuse by removing and checking for continuity. (Dash fuse block)
They all tested good. Now what?
Hope this doesn't end up like the wiper motor/ PCM you helped me solve
Thanks for your help AGAIN

Well.. I thought I had the problem solved. The RABS light would not flash as long as I didn't hit the brakes so I thought I was done. As soon as I hit the brakes, it started to flash again. It flashes 15 times and the 16th is steady until it recycles again and starts to flash.
Do you think this is similar to the indicator that needs to be centered between rear and front brakes to keep from appearing on the dash? Before all this started, if I held my foot on the brake, the other brake indicator would appear steady which told me I had to bleed the front or rear to "center" the sensor. Never got around to it.

Bummer.... but Ok .... Bleeding the Brakes and making sure you have no leaks is the first thing to do.
pretty sure you don't have a wiring issue in this case ..... pulling codes from RABS is done with a jumper located behind the glove box on the 93... what you are actually seeing is just Fault on the dash but not actual CODE.
hopefully you won't have to dig into the electrical for this one, but I'll be here to help God willing and the Crick don't rise

Thanks very much for the RABS file.
THe latest observation is that it seems to be clear until I plug in my trailer. So now I'm T-shooting that.I
I'll let you know

ok lonewolf. The problem was initially the two contacts in my truck end of the plug. After fixing that, the problem transferred to my trailer. Finally all is well. Thank you for your help.
