It is not that hard of a job, but you will have to drill 3 holes in the door shell if the window motor has never been replaced. First remove the inner door panel. There will be a dimple in the door sheeting in 3 places where you will drill the holes. I think I used a 1/2 inch bit to do so. after the holes are drilled you can reach the bolts that hold the motor on to the regulator, threw said holes. Use a 1/4" drive socket and an extension to reach said bolts. The replacement motor may need the plug end on the wires transferred to it from the old motor.
