Please Help Me.
I found your site and love it! My problem is I replaced the power window motor on my 1988 FordF150. When I try to move the window with the motor, it wont engage the window. It sounds like it is trying to move it but wont. Do I have to adjust the motor or align it to move the window? if so how?

If it's used, the gears are most likely cracked or stripped inside the motor. OR the strip that moves the window up/down has stripped teeth.
