Easiest swap would be a 272/292/312 Y block. Search the forum for more info, it’s a question that’s been asked a few times.
My 59 was factory 223 inline 6. Someone tried to put a 413 Chrysler in there but I pulled it out and dropped in a 272 y block, no hassle. Engine mounts all fit if you get a y block from a 57-60 truck, otherwise any 272/292/312 will work you just need the correct 58-60 truck front engine mount. Will have a few wiring changes and fuel line routing.
