I believe you mean weatherstrip rubbers,,,,I had my door interior panels off,,I put a ratchet strap across the two doors and snugged lightly and let sit for a good while ,,it will conform

Good idea-were your doors hanging out far as well i take it ? Did you take your door latch striker plates off ? How long did you leave it sit ?
Whats the weather like where you are? Probably difficult if its cold/cool outside. Remember how soft a garden hose is after being in the sun for a while? Thats what i have to remember when trying to mold hoses and weather stripping.
Maybe i need to break out the heat gun or let it sit in the sun with the doors open-the moldings have been sitting in my concrete garage all winter, the temps would be lucky to be 50 in there
