Door moldings causing huge door gaps
Anyone ever had this problem with aftermarket door moldings ? I had a big gap in the ps, stripped interior to paint, put the moldings back on and now I have a huge gap in ds so I must have flip flopped them-irritating as …. !

Good idea-were your doors hanging out far as well i take it ? Did you take your door latch striker plates off ? How long did you leave it sit ?

Whats the weather like where you are? Probably difficult if its cold/cool outside. Remember how soft a garden hose is after being in the sun for a while? Thats what i have to remember when trying to mold hoses and weather stripping.

Maybe i need to break out the heat gun or let it sit in the sun with the doors open-the moldings have been sitting in my concrete garage all winter, the temps would be lucky to be 50 in there

So you didnt tension them up fully closed right away-where did you run them through and did you use the straps running through the door or hook them ?
