I had a liner called Custom Linings. You can find a local installer on their website www.customlinings.com. It was around $450. The big difference is their practice is to not spray over the bedbolts so they can be removed if needed in the future. Rhino sprays right over everything and it has to be cut to get bolts out. The Custom Lining is also a little neater looking.
Just my opinion, for what it is worth.

I just have to get my word in for Herculiner. Ive put it in my1st and 2 nd truck, and am going to pull up some cheap rubber sticky liner in my current truck and put Herculiner in. Granted it is thinner then Line-x or rhino liner, but it is also about $130. Plus you can pur the extra where ever you want it (ie bumper top etc)
I have Line-x, rhino was more expensive in Colorado, also if you go to Line-X web site there is a coupon for
$20 or $25 off. Line-X did not spray over the bed bolts.

Had the Rhino for four+ years now and is holding up great. Though they did spray over the bolts in the bed, they didn't spray over the tiedown points, or the access panel on the tailgate. Cost: $450 on a eight foot bed.
Line-x sounds pretty good. I have never heard of them. I am in Massachusetts and don't know if they are even in the area. I can definitely say anyone that does not spray over the bolts is worth looking into.
Don't know where in Massachusetts you live, but looking
at there website, locations at Hyannis, Plymouth, West Bridgewater, Wibmington/Boston; www.line-x.com.

I went with line-x right after I bought my beast. Rhino is similar but a little courser in consistency. I compared both and thought the line-x had a little nicer final appearance and so I went with it. I paid around $400 for the line-x. I've known people who've gone with the rhino lining and love it. So it's more personal preference, available nearby locations, etc. Also, you can request samples from both to compare to help in your decision.
Whether to spray over the bed bolts or not isn't tied to the brand of liner you get (line-x, rhino, etc). That's a function of the installer, regardless what brand they spray. My installer asked if I wanted the bed bolts sprayed or not sprayed. I could go either way. Since I was looking for maximum corrosion protection and don't plan on removing my bed anytime in the future, I decided on spraying over the bed bolts. If for some reason in the future I do need to remove the bed, I'll cross that bridge when I get there. My installer also didn't spray the tie downs or tailgate access panel screws. It was standard process for my installer.
However, I strongly caution you to check out the quality of the work of the installer you're thinking about choosing. Ask to see a few trucks they have done. If you have access to the truck owners, ask them if they were pleased with their experience. Like anything else, the quality of the final product is strongly tied to the quality of the installer, whether it be line-x, rhino, or other brand. Believe me, nothing looks worse than a poorly sprayed in liner. It doesn't matter how good the coating itself is if the installer doesn't apply it correctly. I was able to check out a few trucks at the installer when I originally checked them out.
Good luck on your decision.

I’m not sure if these are available in your area but I just got a Care Free Coatings for my SD. It ran me $380 under the bed rail. It’s really nice and not thick and clumpy like some of the liners. They have a web site you could check out. I recommend it for any user.
I have a rhino in mine. While they do spray over the bolts, they were first taped over, so you can cut around the bolts and then have access to them. There is an installer in MA in Tewksbury. That is where I got mine. Total somewhere around $400
This guy will do whatever you want him to, so if spraying over the bolts is an issue, ask him what options you have. I think to prtect the whole bed it is better to spray over everything, using the tape is a good idea. Not like you really take your bed off every other month. Plus I kept my drain holes open. That is an option.

Question- I had a drop-in plastic liner in my last truck and appreciated the fact it was slick so I could push heavy objects across it with ease. Is that something you lose by going spray-on?
