F3 Instruments 12 V

Hi folks. Will be changing my 48 to 12 V and considering just replacing the speedo etc with 12 volt instruments that fit the old display. Has anyone done this, who did you source through, am I inviting issues I do not know of yet? The truck is getting a new harness and ignition switch.
