'00 E350 PSD fuel lines

What size are the lines coming from/to the fuel tank? It's a wheelchair conversion with a big rear tank when the spare would be but I'm sure it uses the same lines as normal. I've got a leak and I want to replace it before everything gets locked down. I've got a flaring tool so generic line and unions are fine.

I'll take a stab at it and guess that they're 5/16" and 3/8", same as ours.

Supply is 3/8” and return is 5/16”.

No need to flare. Compression fittings are fine here.

You can use fuel hose from tank to pump if you want. Just be sure to use fuel injection hose clamps. 30R9 hose is best, but 30R7 will work.
