IDENTIFY WHEELS ??
I have taken possession of 5 older one ton dually wheels. I cant find markings on them but honestly I haven't really cleaned them hard. I was told they are Ford wheels, they are 8 lug. The center of the wheel is riveted to the rim on the inside. I can't find them on the internet. Does anymore have any info on the wheels, years, etc. Are they good to use ?? They are 16" , other then dirty they are in great shape.

The riveted center disc says it is 1970s or earlier. The 8 x 6.5” pattern could have been used by any of the manufacturers. The lug holes look to be hub piloted which suggests Chevy/GMC. A measurement of the center hole might help prove or disprove the GM origins. The best answer would be to find a part number if one exists. Budd and Accuride numbered their wheels but K-H only applied stickers that are long gone. Measure the center hole and scrub to see if numbers are there. With that I can look them up. Stu

Try them on a rear axle first to make sure the center hole is big enough to clear the hub. Also, I’m not certain off the top of my head but doubt your truck has a hub piloted mounting. Stu
