2008 escape 4 clinder

does any body know if the freeze plug on head is threaded? looks like an allen wrench hole on what i think is the freeze plug. thanks

Pictures would help, if you can upload one or two, but if the plug you’re looking at is threaded, it’s probably not a freeze plug. More likely that’s a plug for service when the head is being worked at a machine shop.
