Plug Wire Looms

I'm looking to dress up the motor (FE 390) a bit and am curious to what looms others are using. I currently have the plug wires over the valve covers and want to route them to the front and around. I'm also using the Moroso plastic loom clips and separators. Not sure of running horizontal, but, leaning to vertical runs. What ya using?

I have a 390 as well and Im in the middle of swapping from the road draft tube to a PCV system. Here's the valve covers I'm using:

Also took this pic of a really clean wire routing job on a Cobra I saw at a show last summer. Going to try to replicate this:

That fuel filter is really not safe where it's at.

Thanks for the compliment, RobP. It just doesn't look good to me.
Thanks for the pic's Christmas, some good food for thought. As far as the fuel filter, its coming off. One of the last winter jobs to do.

Valve covers were from some online speed shop. I bought them probably 1.5-2 years ago now in prep for moving to PCV. MY engine in the F100 is from a '64 Tbird so I had no breather/PCV holes in my valve covers.

The ignition wire separators are from here https://www.deadnutson.com/valve-cov...ator-brackets/ and I just drilled 4 holes in the VC's to screw them on.

Here's some finished products with the plug wire routing:

Wanted to update. Used the Moroso looms. Think it came out pretty good. Christmas - fuel filter gone.

Correct. The plastic housing is subject to melt-down and you don't want to use a cellulose filter media with blended gasoline.

This EDEL supply and filter will make a nicer install (IMO).

What is the purpose of the vacuum signal to the oil filler cap?

That's a PCV setup.

I also agree that fuel line will allow you to remove most of the rubber you have going to the carb. Much safer and way cooler looking
