Wheel rim backset question

Wheel rim backset question
Summit is offering a special on the rims I want. US Wheel Deuce 456. They are chrome rims with bare centers. I'll be using the small ford "innie" Ford hub caps. They came from the PO and are new. Planning to use 235/75Rx15 tires eventually on 7" rims. Front end is stock accept for removal of a few leaf springs as written in the MidFifty catalog. Rims are offered in back sets of 3.75, 4, or 4.5 inches. Can anyone offer advise on the back set?

I have 7X15 rims on the front of mine with 4 inch back spacing no problems ,Wilwood 4 piston disc brakes. The 3.75 will work fine too 4.5 might be a problem I'm running the same size tire in front..
