Help please.

Vin: 1FD8W3HT8FFA6849
Mileage: 192799
2015 F350 XL 6.7 Powerstroke

BCM needed replaced due to heavy corrosion and causing crazy issues.
Purchased BCM from Ford.
Backed up data from BCM
Installed new BCM.
Programmed BCM with the VCM program.
ISSUE: Won't shift out of first unless going slow. Once out of first will shift okay. Once you decelerate back into first gear it will not shift at all unless you come to complete stop and slowly accelerate. If you put gear selector into manual mode it shifts every gear fine. Can control gears by software as well. There are no DTC's. I have reprogrammed all communication modules available on Ford IDS.
I'm needing help. Thank you. Did not have issues prior to BCM removal and installation.

It's it's working well, it communicates with the BCM properly. It also responds properly to the data on the software.
I forgot to mention. It has a tune, that I was not aware of. I only needed the flash the BCM and nothing else. Do you reckon that because it had a tune it through the shifting off? Due to the fact that the BCM TCM and PCM are all correlated with each other?.

The tune may have something to do with it. It may need to be looked into with whoever made the tunes.

Put the old bcm back into the system and see if the problem corrects itself. If it does back it up again and retry the new bcm. Just because bcm is new doesn't mean it's good.
