door switch

I have a 2000 SD supper cab and a 2002 SD crew cab. I am think the drives side doors are the same size. Can anyone verify that for me?

thanks. I am also hoping that all the electrical wiring to power windows, door locks, and mirrors are in even the XL/custom cabs even though the crew cab has only manual windows/locks/mirrors. I found this to be the case in other vehicles I have worked on but I guess Ford could be different.
