You need a press, a machine shop or a drive-train/shaft shop.

A local guy pulled my old one and pushed on the new one for like $10.

thanks gtex i kinda thought i would have to take it to a shop, guess i do it next weekend while finishing the exhaust manifold replacement i didnt get a chance to finish.
