Which Module/s handle the trailer TPMS
I have a 2017 F250 XLT Premium. I would like to add the Trailer TPMS monitoring to my truck. beside the obvious Trailer TPMS accesory kit from ford, and changing the rear harness on my truck and install the proper connector in place of the standard trailer connector.
You could order the XLT with the Ultimate Trailer tow package which added these features. So in my research so for I have discovered that in the IPC you have an line to show Trailer Tire pressure.
Anyone know which modules in the truck handle the Trailer TPMS. Any know forscan codes? I was suspecting the IPC and BCM?
Anyone with an XLT Premium that opted for the Ultimate Tow package when they purchased there truck. If we could compare notes from Forscan on installed modules on your vehicle would greatly help me on my hunt for information to possibly add this feature to my truck.
