Tow hook covers standard?

I have been going around in circles with dealer about the tow hook bumper bolt covers being standard equipment on loaded 2019 xlt f350. Truck arrived at dealership from a dealer swap without them on there, dealer says they are an option and I am about 100 percent certain that is standard equipment... can anyone confirm they are indeed standard?

Not 100% sure what you speaking of, but here's a pic of the hooks on my 2019 F250 XLT Premium. Some nuts or bolt heads are showing but I'm not sure it that's what you're looking for.

Yup. You're looking at the truck as it came off the lot 9/12/19. I had a 2017 XLT Premium before this truck. I magnified a front end shot of the 2017 and it appears to have had the covers.
Maybe it was discontinued in the ensuing model years, like the hitch receiver sleeve was? Maybe the dealer added it after they took delivery? Honestly it's a detail that I guess I did not pay attention to. But it doesn't bother me.
I found your part number online for $9.45 each. I don't know how much I would battle a dealer over $20 in parts. But that's just me. https://www.fordpartsgiant.com/parts...-17a900-b.html

I punched in that part # and came up empty. My hooks are like Poncho's. Are they like little plastic covers that that go over the bolt heads? Sorry, never seen or heard of them.

I revised my previous post. I found the part for $9.45 each.

They are like 35.00 retail for the pair, I wouldn't waste time with the dealership.

Our 2019 F350 Lariat Ultimate has snap-in plastic frames around the front tow hooks. They’re kind of like an upside-down fat “u” (the letter).

Frame in place:

Frame (including crack from deer collision in Maine):

My 2019 Lariat Ultimate (build 3/19) has them. I also have the BLIS, Adaptive Cruise, and 360 Cameras. Not sure if any of those options affect the way these hooks are covered. For example, with Adaptive Cruise, there is the sensor/radar/sonar/"laser" thing to the driver's side of the license plate bracket. Maybe something like that forces the covers?

My 2019 Lariat Ultimate has the covers but does not have adaptive cruise. Damn it!

My 19 is fully loaded but I don’t have those caps. If it did come with them, I suppose someone decided they needed them more and took them off. Another item I need to source and replace.
