I need some help

Hey guys, having a hard start, rough idle problem with my 1995 f250, I've been changing parts but I'm at a loss now, so far I have a new:
cps
Ipr
Icp
Hpop
Glow plugs
Go relay
IDMValve covers and harnesses
batteries
Starter
i don't even know what direction to head in any advice would be appreciated thank you.

What brand on the replacement parts?
What software are you testing & monitoring with?
I would be focusing on the injector health at this point.
That's a long list of parts by the way.

All motorcraft with the exception of the valve cover gaskets and the hpop, I don't remember the valve covers but the hpop is a high flow from thoroughbred diesel.
