Sync quit working

My 2016 sync has quit working. Its an xlt with basic stereo and basic sync. Sync menu cant be accessed. I've pulled the fuse and disconnected the batteries (at separate times) and it didn't change anything. Any ideas???? Or should I just buy an after market stereo? I need my hands free phone back! Thanks for any help

Did you check fuse 29 in the BCM? It is for Sync and a couple other items.

Yes. It was good and left it pulled for 20-30 mim.

Update, today my sync started working again. Not sure if it was pulling the fuse or disconnecting the battery. I guess it just needed a little more time to reset.
