Throttle position

2002 f250 7.3
Long story short I was driving one day and all of a sudden lost all response to the gas pedal. Replaced throttle position sensor. Ended up being really glitchy and working on and off. Got another from the part store put it in and Drove perfectly fine. Now yesterday I lost all throttle position again. I highly doubt I got 2 bad pedal assemblies. Anyone happen to know the wiring schematic or any other issues that could cause this. Checked all the wiring and it all seems fine. I’m getting a constant 12v and getting a good 5v reference. I don’t really see what it could be other than another bad TPS.
