Just out looking at my 1984 F250 4x4 and noticed that when looking at the front end, the drivers side front spring shackle is approximately 3/4 higher than the passenger side bolt hole to bolt hole.
I just jacked up the drivers side using a high lift jack until all the weight was off the suspension and there was no movement on the shackle with the tire off the ground or when prying the shackle down.
Those bushings lead a hard life on the ttb leaf spring trucks. If you have never changed those bushings out, it's long long overdue. I put plastic ones in mine when I redid it. When the ttb flexes, it puts a twist on those shackle bushings, and the rubber ones don't last very long.

Pretty sure it isn't the bushing seeing is there is very little if any play in them. Also the bolt holes going through the spring bushing vary in height from side to side approximately 3/4" when viewed from in front of vehicle. Holes also don't seem to be wallowed out on either shackle.
