P0756 Error

P0756 Error
Hello all,
I have a new problem with my 96 Explorer XLT 4.0L. When I am accelerating it will not shift from 1st gear to 2nd gear unless I let off of the gas pedal and when I get up to about 60 MPH the O/D light on the dash blinks continuously and the check engine light will come on with a P0756 error. All other shifting seems fine.
P0756 indicates Shift Soleoid B Performance/Stuck Off. This past weekend I replaced all 4 of the shift solenoids. I did not replace the TCC or the EPC solenoids. I still have the same problem.
The transmissions is a 4R55E. Here is a diagram of the valve body showing the solenoids. Any suggestions on what I can do next to fix this issue?
