V10 Excursion Fuel Issues.

V10 Excursion Fuel Issues.
So, our 01 Excursion was running flawlessly before hand. Not an issue. As my mother was driving it had just shut off on her outside of town with no sign of failure beforehand. Then couldn't get it started after, so we had it towed home. Really not interested in replacing a fuel pump unless i have to. I've replaced fuses and the fuel pump relay, as well fuel filter (wasn't too bad but definitely was old.) No pressure in the rail before doing so with no prime sound from the pump. it does have a full tank however she says she gave it a shot of sea-foam 1-2 weeks ago. Beginning to suspect its the pump at this point. '01 V10 Excursion 2wd. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

KOEO no pressure at the rails... no sound of the pump turning on...
Check the voltage wires going to the pump, if power is good, pump puked most likely.
Disconnect the first fitting and stuff it into a gas can, turn the key on and if no flow, replacement time I would say.
