Does this hold true if the truck sits for several hours, then you try to restart it? Are you getting any fuel pressure when cranking after it has died on you?
First thoughts are the pickup in the tank is getting clogged with debris. After it sits overnight or for a prolonged amount of time, the debris falls away just to get sucked back up once you start driving.
Still looking for possible answers to my excursion quitting after the fuel pump and filter was replaced had it towed three times ford could not find the problem. now it won't start at all and no error codes are coming up. cranks but no start. do the electronic keys go bad?

Please don't start a new thread repeating the same problem. All ya have to do is post in your first thread and it will bump it back to the top for more eyes to see.
I merged both threads for you and I'm also moving this over to the 6.8L V10 forum.
