There are "frame saver" bushings (actually large flat washers) that can be welded onto the frame to repair it.
Do you think there’s a tangible benefit to replacing the body mounts? Could there be a problem reusing the ones I have?

Considering that they are 40+ year old rubber and you will have to remove them to get the cab off, yes you should replace them. They might get destroyed in the process of removal anyway. I've seen posts where they have to be cut apart with a sawzall.

The one in the picture looks to be in "okay" shape. If the other ones are in the same condition I don't know that you would notice any "tangible" benefits.

I just found this on Dennis Carpenter which should have everything I need. The other kit had stuff to mount the bed too, but it looks like I can get all those bed bolts for $25. It’s a lot better than $250.

That’s what I was thinking too, but John89’s point about the body mounts getting damaged makes a lot of sense. I should order them in case I need them. Thanks for all the help.

the pictures dont really show it but call and make sure the washers are the kind that "insert" together. Ive seen people buy kits before where they are just washers and not the kind where one washer slides into the other. The first kit that you posted shows the washers connect to each other. Just make sure to do your homework; cheaper isnt always the best choice

You don't actually have to remove them to remove the cab, the cab sits on top of them, the mounts stay on the frame. One thing to make the removal easier, I would get a wire brush and some PB Blaster and clean the threads of the bolt that are sticking out. This will make unbolting the bolt easier.
It's when you want to remove the mount from the frame is when the difficulty can start. Sometimes they're easy, other times, like John89 said, you need to cut them with a Sawzall.

I found another set of mounts on LMC

I like the way they diagram everything. One thing I’m confused about is they show the same mounts for the front and the rear of the cab, but when I look at the rear cab mounts on my truck I only see a bolt and no rubber pads.

There are rubber mounts on the rear of the cab. They actually are different from the front mounts, you can visually tell the difference between the two.

I went with LMC bolt kit,and energy suspension rubbers,,,,,,HiO and others said the rubbers dont last like they did back in the day,I think he said 2 years and they were crapping out .I did not want to revisit this again.I believe the Bronco graveyard has them in red and black urethane .Which is suppose to last till I die

This is what I plan to do when it comes time to replacing those parts.

I think I might do the same. I don't find a bolt kit on LMC that doesn't include the bushings, but I can order the pieces a la carte. The energy suspension kit I found on Summit looks like this:

I'm not entirely sure why there's more than 8 pieces. The cab mounts in 4 spots, 2 in the front and 2 in the back, and assuming there's two rubber/polyurethane pieces at each mount, that would be 8. Maybe the extra pieces are for the radiator mount? The listing on Summit just says body mount/cab mount. Matching it up with the parts from LMC:

I would need 2 of each of the following: 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 20. The energy suspension parts will give me 13, 14, 18, and 19.

Interesting that Ford made no attempt to insulate the bed as they did the Bronco. Surely that was because the Bronco cab and bed are integrated. This makes we wonder if the '61-'63 Ford unibody trucks also had body mount bushings for the bed as well as the cab. Anyone know?

You won't find body mounts on Uni's Frank. Because they are unibody construction, the cab and bed are basically one piece, they don't have a frame to mount to.
