i usually hang at the 48-56 forum.
Im working on a 51 f1 truck.
I bought a 223 with a HD 3 speed for it and 2 different 3 speeds.
one is a mid 50s 3 speed..
the other one a mid 60s 3 speed with OD.
both trans have the same bolt pattern it seems...
my question is..
How hard is to find parts for the OD?
Im also looking for a bellhousing and matching clutch parts. ..
I was told that a small 3 speed bellhousing will fit my trans but would only have to use a car clutch disk and modify the input shaft..
if thats too much...ill just stick the 3 speed and build a little cruiser..
