2000 excursion limited 7.3

Does anybody recommend the RAS suspension? And what leaf upgrades are their for my 2000 ex thar are direct bolt on with no moding ? Thanks.

Many options out there...the search function is your friend and will lead to hours of reading. I have RAS and the B-mod...F350 springs with a mix of the Excursion leafs...it works. However I am going to the Procomps and no lift block here shortly.

the RAS is just a fancy add-a-leaf.
no I do not recommend add a leafs.

there are many springs available for your Ex, not all of them are “upgrades” rather then list a hundred different springs,

tell me what aspect of your leafs springs you want to upgrade and I can recommend the correct spring for your desired “upgrade”

Sorry , I've been sicker than a dog, but thank god it's not the corona virus !! Lol. As far as my suspension, i tow heavy and just want to minimize sway and body roll and help the ex pull my TT.

what is the Tongue weight of your trailer ?
knowing this it is easy to setup your suspension to match your needs.

sway is caused by one of 2 things.
1. improper trailer weight bias. tongue weight dhould be 10-15% of total trailer weight.
2. pressure difference of on side of trailer vs tow vehicle. the fix is either get a larger tow vehicle or smaller trailer.

Body roll.
is a function of center of gravity, the act of attaching weight via the trailer hitch drastically reduces the CG and all but eliminates any body roll.

not towing the stock front anti-roll bar is more then enough for a stock ride height Ex.
