aftermarket rear locking diff
Has anyone done an upgrade to a locking rear diff? I'm beginning my search for this upgrade to my truck and I'm starting here with others who have done it. I know whats all involved, and I know whats available......... just looking for satisfied results from others.

You found an aftermarket locker for the M275 or M300? (Can't tell from your sig if you have a SRW or dually)
I wasn't able to find one so I ordered the factory electronic locker instead.

I'm doing the same thing. Think I have settled on a Detroit Truetrac.
Looks like it would do what I need and the Truetrac gets very good reviews.
I'm not into off-roading etc, just need a little help in slippery conditions
