Have you checked your ball joints? Also, the skocks were mentioned before. Did you make sure the mounts are tight? With a lift installed, I'd really look at spring mounts, track bar mounts, etc.
Yes to all of those, everything is in good shape, and was torqued properly.

That's a great idea, I will try it when this flood is over with.

I do, and it's worth a shot. I will be removing the single anyhow, and may try to install the OEM one back on to test it. Alignment folks checked everything, and the only issue they pointed out was the amount of travel and instability with the single Fox ATS. I'll try the OEM one back on first, then install the dual if needed.
Not sure how old the truck is or how many miles but the bushings under the radiator support and cab mounts will make a pop when turning when they are worn out.
2019, 25k on it... I haven't noticed any visible issues, nor am I a mechanic... would this be an issue I could easily see?

I snapped a pic for reference. Mine is clocked to just barely clear it now.

pretty easy to see the ones under the radiator. Inside the front wheel well in front of the tire is the easy way to see them. At that low of a mileage I would doubt that is the issue.
Did you check the bolts on the end of the track bar? When I had my level installed they didn’t get one of them tight enough. I don’t remember witch end because its been over two years but one of the ends has to be torqued to nearly 450 ftlbs. Someone will chime in with the correct torque spec. That took care of my clunk after they hung buba from the end of a 4’ bar for one last little bit of a turn to the bolt.
Can't thank everyone enough for their input. Friday afternoon, I took the truck to my local 4wp that installed my tires for a rotate and balance. I asked them to check out everything you guys mentioned above, and they found no issues whatsoever. They took me back (forget your corporate insurance policy), showed me/ didn't find any rubbing, no leaking, no damages, etc. Just dirty.
So I drove home, no issues, no sounds... Not even on the terrible roads that made the same feelings and sounds on the way to 4WP. Actually drove a little more refined and smooth.
I adjusted the Fox ATS +4 clicks when I got it back home (curiosity), and even drove it with a semi-loaded 16' trailer on Saturday morning... again, no issues.
Time will I guess tell on this one... but what kind of Twilight Zone nonsense is this? A lot of worry for something that proved to be no big issue. Could have been worse, I suppose.

For those interested, perhaps for future research:
The smoothness above was for only about 2-3 days. Feelings, sounds, and "pops" came back, seemingly on every bounce when turning. Mainly driveways, parking lots, off road, etc.
I took it to my Ford dealer, and their "suspension professionals" looked everything over- no damages, signs of early wear, or anything. They took the time to re-grease everything, and sent me on my way.
Noises and pops persisted, but very sporadically.
I finally got around to installing the dual-stabilizer from BDS... after the first set of U bolts came stripped from the factory. 100% completely issue/pop free to this day. I make some of the same trips to the same job sites, in the same manner... and cannot replicate the feelings and noises. What a world.
It is the track bar most likely. It may look tight but you need to put a cheater bar to it. Mine was doing the same thing so I took it back to the installer and he knew right away that they didn't get it tight enough. It needs to be very tight!!

Yes sir, it does! I have the track bar relocate bracket installed from Readylift- Ford techs checked and re-torqued everything for me. Thanks for the input!
