Seat for E350?
Does anybody know if f150 seats would fit my 2013 E350 van?
Or any other brand that would work?

If your talking about the front two seats, you should be able to adapt just about any seat to them taking into consideration the seat belt system.

Any seat besides a seat designed for your van will require modifications to fit. I have Kia Sedona minivan seats in mine. I had to fabricate some adapter plates

That's for sure, mine are vinyl, as simple as 20 years ago and no lumbar support!
