Transfer case conundrum

Hello all, is there anyone here who knows how to make the transfer case shift with a 2015 Coyote 5.0 engine and 6r80 transmission/transfer case that has been removed for a swap? I have the dash switch, the control module, the wiring, the transfer case with shift motor and the wiring schematic. The person I got this setup from had already wired the switch to the module and then to the transfer case. According to the schematic all the necessary wires are connected between the switch and the module and then to the transfer case, the only wires that are not connected to anything important are the IWE signal wire and the can bus wires. Maybe these are important, I don't know.
trying to make this work but might end up rigging a cable shifter or something.
Thanks in advance for any help available. D.B.

So these parts came out of a vehicle, and are now in another vehicle?

Did the PCM come from the donor vehicle as well?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, all of the parts I have are from a wrecked 2015 f150. I have the engine, transmission and transfer case all mounted and running in a converted to 4x4 1959 F100. The drivetrain I bought had everything the guy who removed thought he would need to make everything work. He sent the PCM away and had the PATS system disabled and he started trimming down the wiring harness and I'm working on finishing the wiring now. When I ran the power and ground to the 4x4 module I expected it to work but nothing happened. Since I posted this earlier I now have the module, shift motor, switch and wiring removed from the vehicle. I've been doing a lot of research and testing all day.
I have no idea if the module is any good or if it's fried, so far I haven't found a way to test it.

The module is CAN bus, if you preserved the entire harness you will be able to verify the module through forscan. If the module is no longer on the CAN bus then it will not work. The SJB feeds power to the switch, the switch goes to the TCCM which verifies VSS signal ( 4 lo). The ABS module is also at play in the decision.

I didn't get the entire harness or any of the other modules except the fuel pump control module. I do have wiring schematics which must have came right from Ford, in one of them there are to wires that say can bus + and - . Not doubting you but I can't find anything about a speed signal in any of the schematics. It might take a while to trace it down but I wonder if I can get the module connected to the PCM through those can bus wires? I don't know what a SJB is, many of the initial abbreviations are a foreign language to me. I did figure out TCCM though.
thanks for your help.
