Side Mirror

Has anyone removed the drivers side mirror assembly on the 2017 250 ? I have removed the 4 obvious screws but something is still holding mirror from coming off the truck ....

I am trying to do the same and have remove the 2 nuts and 2 bolts but looks like a clip is still holding it. Any help would be appreciated.
