Spark plugs
While working on my moms broken egr pipe, I decided to pull the spark plugs, good thing I did, what do you recommend for plug brand/ type? This is '86 5.0 Eddie Bauer 4x4, 145,000 miles, she is original owner.

Looks can be deceiving. Spark plug wires are routine maintenance items, replace them.

Yep. I just did the same on mine a week ago. Autolites with Motorcraft cap, rotor, wires and coil. It idles so much smoother now!
