So I've only had my truck a week now and have ran into this a few times already. When backing up, Im randomly getting the constant red warning alarm. Sometimes on both rear taillight corners, but I've looked and there's nothing blocking or interfering with the sensors? Is it something else?

Take a damp to wet rag or towel and wash over the backup sensors in the bumper.
Awhile back, I experienced the same problem as you.
Sometimes dirt or debris will cause your problem.
If that doesn’t work, you should make an appointment with your dealer.
I have a problem on mine that isn't just a quirk of the system. The ramp from the street in my driveway sticks up about 1 inch. My truck and the car both make the system alarm. So is there any unevenness where yo are backing up?

I mean, I'm sure there is a little, bit it doesn't do it all the time. As a matter of fact it did it to me yesterday running some errands, then all of a sudden stopped.
Any chance you have some ice built up on the sensor(s) that are showing red? I've had it happen a few times on my '19. It was below freezing so I cleaned the sensors with a rag and some rubbing alcohol and that did the trick.

Nope. Isn't ice. It happens randomly whenever it feels like. Warm day, Cold day. Wet day, dry day. It's really irritating. All 4 sensors on the rear bumper are as clean as they can be. I went through them with cleaner and a qtip 🤷♂️.
I know that once they go off I can temporarily mute it for the time being but it's not permanent. And also doesn't do that get rid of your red, yellow, green warnings?
I'll be hooking up my Forscan tool tmrw to get rid of that awful double honk, is there an option in there to possibly silent the rear sensors, but keep the green, yellow red warnings?
