Cab Mounts

Does anyone know the proper order for installation of the rubber cab bushings. For instance is it:

bolt
small washer
cab frame
large washer
rubber mount
frame
rubber mount
large washer
small washer
nut
sound right or something different.

Here is the instruction sheet that comes with the mount kit, don’t remember where I bought the kit though
