I just got my cam back from Schneider Cams. Here's the grind specs below. My education on cams equals about 5 hours of internet time, so I told them to do what they do given relevant truck specs below.
Compression ratio: 7.5:1 stock. Machinist got 7.6:1 actual. Milled head & block to increase to 8.5:1.
Cylinder bore: 0.080" over stock specification. (Stock = 3.6274" + 0.080" = 3.7074")
