03 6.0 help
So I have an 03 6.0.
History early model 6.0 228k all original coolant filter and egr delete. Over the last year had some hard cold starts once warms runs great. Few weeks ago driving on 2 hour trip stopped to eat cake back out wouldn’t start. Towed it home checked few things
FICM 48.2 volts all the time
ipr 84%
oil pressure up to 263psi
noticed icp was leaking oil so I replaced and replaced pigtail. Also replaced the ipr with new more parts. Also had to replace starter as is stuck on from remote start and burned up. After this truck would fire up and run great better than it ever has. Until it got hot then it wouldn’t start. I tore it down put air to it found oring on top of the hpop leaking. Replaced with new discharge tube, oil cooler, glow plugs and harness. Got all back together truck started idled fine for 30 mins shut of would fire back up. Went out came back home truck started right up idled fine drove it down the road on the way back it **** off and wouldn’t crank coasted it in the driveway still wouldn’t crank. I have not had a chance to check it yet but just wondering where to start again.
